Job Description

Responsibilities

The Associate Consultant plays a vital role by supporting the global analytics teams and internal staff to manage digital, social and offline data to generate dashboard, scorecards and insights required by different levels of management.
Responsibilities include:
Harnessing large volumes of data from different Social sites, Omniture and develop centralized database and generate Digital as well as Social insights for the business.
Developing Omniture Site Catalyst tagging documentation, maintenance and quality control for new and established websites.
Collaborating closely with internal teams (marketing analytics, account management, interactive strategy) and integrate different data sources
Maintaining regular documentation of Analytics processes and techniques, such as data preparation, Omniture & social data pulling, Q/A, variable transformations, and reporting templates.
Working with Marketing analytics team to generate different level of Digital & Social Media reports
Gathering business requirements and identifying measures to be incorporated into the Digital & Social Analytics reports.
Establishing measurement infrastructure for Digital & Social Analytics reporting.
Maintaining a functional expertise in database creation, database management techniques, social media Analytics, Web Analytics reporting and other similar requirements.
Building ppt reports as needed, demonstrating ability to show data in a visually appealing and compelling way
Required Skills
Mandatory Skills
4+ years experience in Web Analytics
Strong knowledge on web analytics, Tag development, auditing, SAINT Classification
Strong knowledge on Omniture Site Catalyst is must
Experience in interactive marketing, business consulting using website data(Omniture, Facebook, Twitter etc.) and information to help drive specific targeting and marketing recommendations
Bachelors degree in quantitative, marketing or business area
Good to have Skills
Knowledge on Social Media Analytics using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Radian6 etc. are plus
Knowledge on data pulling from different Social Media sites is a plus.
Knowledge on SQL/SAS/SPSS is a plus
Experience in database creation with design of databases is a plus
General understanding of CPG industry
Familiarity in VBA / Automation is a plus
Experience with data visualization platforms a plus (Tableau, QlikView, Klipfolio, etc)
