Job Description

Good in MS Excel Application
The position should be responsible for 2nd Level checking of Vendor Invoices basis review agreements, premium, agreed %, authority matrix and supporting documents.
Basis input from Business Partners perform analysis in terms of Premium Vs Commission, Premium Vs Other Acquisition Cost.
Month end activity Provision etc
Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Addressing requirement of Internal & Statutory Auditors.
Understand importance of Service & Retainer Agreements and ensure required documentation is in place.
Support team members when in need
Good understanding of Double Entry Accounting, Accounts Payable (Vendor, Commission and other payouts) TDS deduction / deposit, TDS exemption.
Month & Year End activity 1st cut expenses provision.
Ensure that IRDA commission guidelines dont get violated pertaining to business line wise commission.
GL Reconciliation - Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss reconciliation and schedules.
Understand the incentive structure
Managing requirement of Internal and Statutory Auditors.
Working closely with Agency Team and Other Distribution Channel and addressing specific queries.
Generating various MIS.
Managing outsourcing team of two and MISC work.
Understanding of Organization Policy & Procedure.
Communication skills (speaking & writing), Soft spoken, flexible, SAP and MS office applications is must.
