Purpose of the job:
To execute sales growth strategy of group's real estate projects.
Roles & responsibilities:
To execute sales strategy for the projects.
Execution of annual sales programme for projects.
Forecasting and achieving expected sales volume for existing and new products.
Developing a vast network and lasting relationships with channel partners.
Maximizing new business development opportunities by representing the group at trade fairs and networking events.
To be stationed in HO/Project site at Noida.
Will be required to travel to locations within and outside NCR.
MBA (Sales and Marketing) from a reputed institute.
Managerial and soft competencies:
A self-confident result and customer oriented leader who possesses social competence, believes in strong networking and has excellent communication skills.
Well versed with IT and social media tools.
Minimum 8 years, preferably in a reputed real estate company.
