Job Description

Main responsibilities:

1 Coordination with Various consultants for Design Development
2 Design Review & Design Coordination
3 Review of the design as per ASF Design Brief/Requirements
4 Value Engineering on design
5 Coordinate the Design Review Meeting with Consultants
6 Ensure release of design as per Project Schedule
7 Obtaining tenders from Consultants for all Packages
8 Conduct periodic Site Visit through Consultants & obtain Quality Reports
9 Ensure Compliance for the NC issued by Consultants
10 Finalization of Specifications for the works
11 Ensuring design coordination of different disciplines in the Design
12 Coordination with LEED & EIA consultants for requirements & ensuring the incorporation of the same in the Design
13 Coordinate for drawings & details for Statutory approvals with Liaison team and Local Departments if required.
14 Provide MIS report related to Design

Minimum educational qualification - B. Arch.
Desired additional qualification :

1. Fully well versed with the NBC requirements & other Bylaws for the NCR area

2. Being involved with design & design coordination for Commercial, Residential & Retail buildings

3. Capable to review the design from the Building Codes requirement point of view

Desired work experience - More than 15 years
