Overall work experience of 12-16 years with 6-7 years experience managing and/or directing a similar IT operation
Degree in Engineering or Science. Management Degree is preferred
Background and knowledge of Global Markets and Compliance Technology
ITIL certification preferred
Prior experience of working in Oracle Java or .Net technology
Knowledge of Service Management tools like ITSM, Maximo
Strong vendor management experience
Demonstrated project management experience
Proven leadership, strategic planning and execution with technology matters
Strong communication & Problem Solving Skills.
Must have cultural sensitivity of working in a global team and in a Matrix environment.
Strong Customer Focus & Orientation
Prior working experience in global teams with cross cultural exposure and understanding
Proven project management and production support skills working with complex systems and external vendors. Ability to coordinate of moving parts and drive results. Ability to identify and analyze issues, and implement procedures that enhance productivity.
Good stakeholder management ability with sound judgment, and a thoughtful approach.
Possess strong business acumen. Knowledgeable on the operations and fully prepared to have an intelligent conversation regarding the business strategy of the organization and how it relates to technology.
