Developing sales strategy and leading the team to exceed targets
Planning& strategizing to ensure that any industry sentiment or any factor
whatsoever doesnt not affect the sales velocity and targets in any case
Developing strong distribution network in Pune, Mumbai, key Indian cities,
Dubai, USA, Singapore, Australia, London and other key countries
Setting up sales systems & processes and analyzing Gaps followed by
eliminating gaps through process optimization & training's
Overseeing sales operations
Introducing sales incentive Plan
Managing project sales cost, cash flow & collections
Playing key role in product development
Conducting market analysis to understand competition and accordingly
formulating strategies & keeping abreast of market trends to obtain
intelligence reports regarding competition and facilitating the formulation
of strategies to counter competition
An effective contributor to organization profitability, using managerial,
business development and relationship building skill.
