4)Developing and launching new products, services and enhancements in features meeting changing customer expectations & market dynamics.
5)Proficient in building and sustaining robust relationships with key accounts and collaborate in capturing client requirements and achieving consistently high satisfaction scores.

7)To be well versed with concepts of Optimised Routing (OR) / Least Cost Routing (LCR), wholesale voice negotiations, swap agreements etc (Very Important)
