Should be ready to work from Hyderabad office for first 3 months.
He/She will build his/her own teams
Should have capability of interview, interact, hire, fire the team members
Should be able to mentor the team members.
Business Development: Analysing the business potential; conceptualizing & executing strategies to drive business, augmenting turnover and achieving the desired targets. Evaluating and pursuing business opportunities as per targeted plans & achieving market share. Generating new leads through web research and networking on phone/ Internet (Social Networking). Organising extensive research on the client's requirement and evaluating their potential. Cold calling prospective clients, reliable vendors, projecting the organizations capabilities and brand image. Participating in the existing client conferences to identify their current and ongoing needs.
Who can set up his own team and work on getting Clients to the company also as well as software contracts to the organization
Good experience and exposure to Inside Sales
Should be able to generate leads
Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. * Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
Plan approaches and pitches. * Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. * Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
