Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities:

Preparation & submission of loan proposals and completion of due diligence.
Liasioning with various lenders for fund raising, sourcing new avenues of fund raising
Brand Building of organization.
Fund Raising thru NBFC, Banks, Equity, ECB, Terms Short terms
Have dealt multi transactions ticket size loan, varies from small to large ticket.
Submission of timely & periodic information to various lenders.
Documentation for various fund raising with lenders.
Escalation of matter with TOP officials of the Fund Avenue for progress of fund generating proposals.
Structuring and negotiating investment terms.
Coordination with other department for time bound execution.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must have demonstrative skills & go getter
Passionate & excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Inter-cultural communication skills and good command over English language.
Strong analytical with Liasioning ability
Good computer knowledge
Experience of dealing with banks for fundraising &documentation etc. is desirable.
