Job Description

Design of Application Architecture:

- Identify techniques and technologies that should be applied at the Application Integration/ Value Added/ Other Applications Level; define the system and operational requirements that
the Technical infrastructure must support and collaborate with
Head, Infrastructure to ensure the same

- Collaborate with consultant/ vendor to detail the Application Architecture for Application Integration/ Value Added/ Other Applications as part of the Systems Development Life Cycle

- Participate in Application/ Project design and
ensure that the Application Integration/ Value Added/ Other Applications design is in conformance with the Enterprise Security and Infrastructure Architecture

-Contribute towards development and maintenance of current state architecture, future state models, and transition steps for Applications and identify potential application reuse opportunities

Application Development:

- Provide inputs for bid-process management for selection of vendors for implementation of products & services for the Application Integration/ Value Added/ Other Applications, including
inputs for design of RFPs,evaluation of vendors etc

- Communicate the Integration Applications / Value Added/ Other Applications blueprint to the finalized vendor in order to undertake development of Integration Application/ Value Added/
Other Applications configuration, in line with the envisaged plan

-- Monitor the activities of System Integrators (SIs) to ensure that implementation and working of Cafeteria/ Value Added/ Other Applications is as per the defined guidelines of cost, quality and time

- Ensure testing & commissioning of Integrating Applications / Value Added/ Other Applications designed by SI (MSP/ vendor); Ensure compliance to desired specifications & requirements

Candidate Profile

-B.Tech (IT)/ B.E. degree / MCA with min. 10+ years of IT experience in software development and maintenance at functional cum technical levels

-Minimum 3 years of experience in software Project Management

Expert knowledge and demonstrated experience in software development throughout the software development lifecycle

- Experience in using industry standards, technology standards and architecture frameworks in building the architecture blueprints and their implementation

- Experience in adopting the structured implementation based on proven methodologies and models

- Experience in implementing the portfolio or program management tools and adoption of the same

- Experience in Vendor management, change management in designing the solution and/or executing those solutions in an organization.
