Job Description

Role Purpose:

The role will lead all digital marketing strategies including development, implementation, tracking and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across all online and mobile marketing channels. The role will be responsible for customer acquisition and retention.

Key Accountabilities

1. Design, build, plan and execute all web content, SEO/SEM and social media efforts

2. Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

3. Lead web analytics and attribution and measurement

4. Accountable for ROI analysis and measurement practices. Will lead measurement initiatives across channels including test and target, multi-variant testing and attribution analysis

5. Collaborate with key stakeholders to utilize digital marketing to achieve line of business revenue goals, as part of the overall line of business marketing plans

6. Manage online presence and product campaigns to raise brand awareness, identify trends and insights, and improve usability, design, and content of the company website

7. Evaluating and deciding the best strategy for utilizing the current agency (or another agency)

8. Developing the strategy and managing day-to-day operations of web and mobile marketing channels

9. Lead, direct and control internal and external teams

Person Profile:

Competencies : Knowledge

Education Background: MBA

Any other job related skills required: Knowledge of Analytical tools, UI/UX

Years of experience: 8-10 years

Industry Exposure: E-commerce

Type of Experience :

a. Essential Online/Web marketing
b. Desirable E-commerce sales, user experience management
