As a Support SME, need to do L2 & L3 support which involves resolving incidents, performing change requests, monitoring jobs, app maintenance, co-ordination for server maintenance, etc.
Required Technologies to Support:
o Informatica, Neteeza
o DotNet, SQL Server
o Sound Knowledge Level on SQL Server, SharePoint (including SharePoint Designer and Business Connectivity Services)
o Visual Studio, RepliWeb
Performing root cause analysis with end users in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Supporting maintenance activities on Time within SLA
Resolving issue with upstream/ downstream interface jobs (OBS, Resource, Project) (
Adhoc reporting as required by business partners
Identifying Risks and impact analysis
Involved in client meetings and Implementing client requests
Monitoring production jobs & enhancing the performance of the jobs
Creating and updating system documentation
Automating existing manual processes.
Basic PC skills to accomplish task
o MS Word (Documents for Project and DCx type of work)
o MS Excel (Building Extracts for BP)
o MS Access (Assisting BP with reporting)
o Use of Internet for researching and analysis of issues
