10+ years of total experience of which last 7-8 years must be in US Recruitment (IT Recruitment)
Minimum 7 + years of experience in US IT/Non IT staffing.
Experience in managing the end to end US recruitment cycle.
Good working knowledge on W2 ,TN Visa, H1B,C2C etc..
Should possess client & team handling exposure.
Should be willing to work in US shifts.
