Role:

1. Strategic HR, Competency Development, Leadership Development and Policy Deployment

2. Work with business leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies.

3. Creation and implementation of an Employee Engagement framework.

4. Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

5. Compensation & Benefits Management.

6. Devising & Implementation of Learning & Development Culture

7. Talent Management and Attrition Management.
