Responsible for managing the end to end compensation cycle processes and supporting tools: Market Intelligence (REWARD), Global Rewards Planning (TRPC), Compensation Administration (ACAT), and ad-hoc reporting and metrics coming from global compensation and GU Service delivery teams.
- The Total Rewards personnel is responsible for performing/supporting end to end compensation cycle processes and supporting tools: Rewards Strategy, Market Intelligence, Compensation Planning, Annual compensation review, Variable Pay - administration and calculation, Employee communication, Benefits, Executive compensation, documentation, reward policies and ad-hoc reporting & metrics.
- He will be responsible to ensure quality delivery, participate in all identified opportunities for improvement and also drive best practice sharing between GU comp teams. Incumbent will also have people management responsibilities of the team members working closely with his/her supervisor.
