Candidate Summary - Looking for a qualified CA with minimum of 8+yrs of work experience in MI reporting, planning, analysis and team management.
Role incumbent will be responsible for setting up the strategic plan and operational plan for the business unit.
Will be involved in formulating and devising the financial planning and budgeting for the business and will be very closely working with the Senior stakeholder for the same.
Will be providing financial and accounting advise to the business whenever there is the need from the business and management.
Will be involved in preparing, maintain and overseeing the preparation of complex and high end financial and management reports which is being used by the Leadership team as key factor for decision making process.
Job holder will be involved in continuous improvement of the above mentioned processes by using Six sigma and kaizen methods.
Desired Skill Set-
Qualified CA with 8+yrs of post qualification experience in FP&A, MI reporting, Financial reporting, etc in a global platform.
Should have good experience in handling team, stakeholder management etc.,
Should have exposure to reporting systems such as SAP, BI tools, Data warehouse etc.,
Should possess excellent communication skills.
Experience in Oil and Gas or FMCG industry would be preferable.
