" Manage the process of production and QC of financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy.
Monitoring of SLAs and ensures compliance with agreed performance level standards
Identify issues an challenges proactively and takes action aggresively. Escalate the issues/challenges at appropriate levels in timely fashion
Ensure proper controls are in place and minimization of opertional risk inherent in the process.
Adequate and proper planning for managing workloads and monitors fluctuation in volumes.
Ensure sufficient staffing at all levels and recruitement of resources in timely manner
Ensure review and correctness of information, management reports and other data provided to leadership team and support functions at various levels
Maintain highest level of service quality and performance by teams
Be involved in Audits, client visits, due diligence reviews and related follow ups
Ensure standard operating procedures are in place and up to date all the time.
Ensure proper transition/migration of clients/activities from onshore and that all the required transition documents are in place.
Ensurequality standards and check lists are accurately applied and completed
Maintain effective communication channels with managers, team membesr, external teams and clients
Motivate team members, listen their issues/concerns and address them quickly.
Ensure proper and in-depth training mechanism is in place, especially for new team members/freshers.

Encourage team member to share thoughts and suggest automation ideas to improve the efficiency and productivity of the process.

Knowledge and Experience
" Experience in Capital markets, Financial/Regulatory Reporting, Asset Managing companies, financial services out of which 8 to 12 years should be in people manager role.
Domain skills in various asset classes including Equity, Debt, Derivatives, Commodities and Forex
Should have knowledge of Mutual fund and Hedge Fund industry and various reporting requirements
Knowledge on information systems including Bloomberg and Reuters
knowledge on accounting/reporting applications including Geneva, Multifonds, Confluence, MIG 21 etc.
Should have worked on Financial Reporting profile, responsible for preparation and presentation of various financial statements as per IFRS, US GAAP, Lux GAAP, UK GAAP and Irish GAAP, etc"
