The role requires sound understanding of the Financing business, eye for detail and an ability to liaise with the various stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of tasks/projects performed. The role holder will interact with local and global mangers to understand the key areas of business, the PnL drivers, the risks involved and work closely to build solutions/ models/ reports that can help in making the business more efficient from cost/ revenue perspective.
The role holder will:
Interact with Functional Managers both in India and overseas & other key positions to articulate business needs
Ensure regular interaction with the Technology, HR, Facilities team to state clear support expectations & information they would require from business
Monitor adherence to the migration process project plan by all functional managers. Update the process as, if and when required.
Conduct regular meetings and review sessions to ensure all concerned parties are informed
Act as the single point of contact for administrative needs and maintain a healthy business relationship by answering queries, solving problems and reviewing performance of the implemented process
Ownership to resolve all infrastructure related issues for the team
Drive efficiency projects with the help of functional managers.
Assist the Head of Global Markets in budgeting, forecasting, making of MIS and other presentation.
Conduct timely meetings to ensure open communication and devise an action plan to address issues/ concerns raised.
Respond and resolve issues arising out of work or from within the team or across departments that may have a bearing on team effectiveness
Need-based escalation of decisions and ensure proper follow-up of the same
Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Organization Operational Risk Framework and internal Organization Policies and Standards.Control Environment and Governance
Conduct periodic assessments of the control environment by analyzing existing controls and issue around timeliness accuracy and completeness of risk information. Identify missing or weak controls, and work with risk reporting teams and other infrastructure teams to improve the control environment.
