Job Description

Overall Job Purpose

The Financial Resource Management team is responsible for the analysis, build, and efficient management of the Financing Resources of the Prime Services Businesses.
The responsibilities of the team involve analysis, reporting and end to end management of the below:

Liquidity
Capital
Balance Sheet
Structured Finance

Key responsibilities include:

Active management of reports related to Liquidity Management, Secured/Unsecured funding, ECOF Asset Tenor Profile, CLR, etc
Managing Firms Collateralize Commercial Paper (CCP) program
Data Analysis & creation of Analytical reports on Excel/Qlikview related to the FRM mandate
Interaction with IT for System Maintenance / escalations related to the reporting infrastructure
Automation focus to improve productivity and efficiency
Responsible for front to back management of the initiatives and projects related to FRM & Liquidity
Experience in Analytics space using Excel/VBA/SQL/BBG etc.
Ability to work closely with various senior stakeholders including FRM, Trading Desks, MO and Product Mgmt teams across multiple business lines in New York, London and Asia

The role holder will:

5+ years of total experience in Financial domain
Excellent communication skills ability to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders and convince users about the solution approach
Pro active, self learner and eye for details
Understanding of Capital markets, Accounting and Finance (Debits/ Credits/ Balance Sheets)
Strong Excel, SQL, VBA Skills desired
Flexibility in Working Hours
Excellent attention to detail
Team player
