Job Description

Responsibilities:
HR leader for all global accounts in location. Will own the process end to end and deliver seamless HR support to all existing and new accounts
Own and drive complete end to end HR delivery for the global accounts in location on a day to day basis
To lead HR delivery for multiple IMS accounts in location
By ensuring we do transitions FTR in new accounts and ensuring adequate HR support to existing
accounts. Will lead and direct the existing HR team
Unique role with blend of strategic HR expertise and Operations rigor

Transition new accounts seamlessly and set up the accounts from scratch, ensure proper HR plan and
focus on all existing accounts
