Job Description:

1.Perform audits of identified audit-able entities in the capacity of Assignment Manager / field in charge / a team member.
2.Drafting Annual Audit Plan / FTE / Cost budgets
3.Draft the audit report for seeking Managements final responses
4.Review the work do ne by the auditors / resolve reviewers comments
5.To extend consulting service to the Management whenever required.
6.Perform field work and identify audit issues, analyze root cause, impact and practical recommendations
7.Ensure audit work is completed and documented in accordance with the required standards, time lines and KPIs
8.Build a cohesive team and develop their technical skills and personal effectiveness
9.To support Head - Internal Audit in drafting Annual Audit Plan based on Risk Assessment and execute the annual plan as per Exide Life standard Risk Based Audit approach to provide independent assurance to the Audit Committee and the Management on the status of internal controls across
10.Understand the function of auditable entity and draft Terms of Reference and Audit Planning Memorandum
11.Conduct exit meetings with the auditee, seek initial responses for the audit observations and prepare minutes of the meetings
12.Good understanding of audit techniques as well as a good perception of risks and controls
13.Handling/ analyzing data preferably using audit tools
14.Perform field work and identify audit issues, analyze root cause, impact and practical recommendations
15.Understand the function of auditable entity and draft Terms of Reference and Audit Planning Memorandum
