Assist in the development of the annual sales plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion programmed plans.
Responsible for establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, client followup etc.
Manage specific accounts for continued business opportunities.

Making presentations and negotiating rates, terms and conditions.
Understanding customers quo business requirements and identifying new opportunities within the customer organization.

Reviewing periodically sales performance, reporting, and meeting targets.
Maintaining customer list/ database that is accurate and up-to-date.
Producing Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly and Annual sales reports.
Providing feedback to operations team periodically from customers.
Ensuring effective internal and customer communications.
Representing organization at trade exhibitions, events and expos.
