Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Monitor budgets and report status periodically.

Identify and monitor risks.

Review and monitor programmes; report progress periodically.

Support the Project Manager in maintaining external project management documentation and systems.

Assist in coordinating meetings, setting agendas, attending and minuting meetings.

Exercising independent judgment related to day-to-day administration of projects.

Assist in developing and maintaining client facing Project.

Maintain the internal project documentation - Project Quality Plan, Employee Risk Assessment, Project Organization Chart .
Draft Monthly Project Reviews for the Project Manager.

Assist in producing bids and tenders.

Assists in providing a quality and value added service to our clients.

Candidate Specification:

Education:

Studying for ONC/HNC or a first degree in a related subject.
Suitable relevant experience may be considered in lieu of qualifications.

Experience:

Some experience of Project Management principles
Confident user of current word processing, spreadsheets and scheduling software
Effective time management
Ability to present information in written, oral and graphical formats
Demonstrable skill in organizing and evaluating information
Experience of working within a project environment
