Job Description

Managing and popularising the D and I agenda through online and offline channels
Taking initiatives centrally to increase awareness around D&I and working on improving employee participation through our D&I initiatives
Liaising with global D&I counterparts and benchmarking the best practices that can be mirrored across India
Organizing meetings / calls with the regional diversity teams and reporting to India Diversity & Inclusion leader
Preparing a quarterly D&I dashboard with action points and sharing it with global D&I team
