Job Description

Qualification: Any Graduate/PG with excellent command over English language- Oral and written.

Mandatory Skills:

* One to two year inside sales experience under night shift, preferably North American market.
* Knowledge of IT product or services
* Sold IT projects & IT services in US/Canada market in last 1+ year,
* knowledge of cold callings and time zones
* Cold calling - 50-60 calls per night

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Dial 60-70 numbers a night
* Follow up over phone and emails
* Send compelling emails to prospects regarding R Systems IT services
* Database generation/ validation (access to paid database tools will be given)
* Weekly/monthly/ quarterly reporting of funnel and leads
* Generate opportunities in Telecom, Digital Media, Healthcare, BFSI, Mfg & Logistics verticals
* Schedule sales meeting with C level executives (phone/F2F)
* Gather knowledge of networking tools; like LinkedIn and others
* Build relationships with C level executives to identify opportunities in US market
