Role & Responsibilities :-
Candidate is expected to possess the right attitude to work on a target.
He has to move in the market on a day to day basis for identifying new agents.
The officer must possess sufficient product knowledge to convince potential agents and convert them for company.
The officer should collect all documents that may be required for licensing. The officer should give necessary training to the agent and enable him to get thro' any exam that may be required for licensing.
The officer must be capable of motivating the new agents so that the agents are productive at the earliest.
He /She may have to service, depending on the requirement, existing agents mapped to him/her. This may involve frequent visits for policy servicing, premium collection, claims servicing and other issues that may crop up in the usual business transaction.
He /She would be totally responsible for maintaining and improving a good relationship so that the premium flow for the company increases from such agents.
He /She would also at times involve in helping to resolve operations related issues at the back office, in the agencies handled.
The officer must always conduct himself/herself in the market in an exemplary manner to uphold the image of company with utmost integrity and sincerity.
Job Summary - Experience in franchisee/NBFC with minimum 3years work experience in GI.
Qualifications - Graduate/MBA or Insurance Qualifications preferred -- AIII or LIII.
Experience - 3 or 4 years in Retail / Commercial Marketing of Non-life Insurance policies.
Age (Approximate Role) - Age below 38 Years.
Personality Traits (Required for the
individual in this role) -
A flair for marketing non-motor products.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
