Job Description

The Assistant Managers primary focus will be on the Railway vertical and will be responsible for:

Achieve monthly Revenue sales target
Achieve New business opportunities Creation & Win target
Identification of Railway accounts in Locomotive, Metro and Tier 1s
Creating a business plan for Railway sub vertical
Regular customer visit Managing existing Key accounts
Key account management Generating RFQ, product proposal, pricing proposal , negotiation , PO finalization , Supply management
Working closely with RDSO for new product Speck in
Drive YOY growth in Railway sub vertical
Product selling to existing and new customers(Sensors & Switches)
Working closely with Product Marketing team to propose right product to customer
Working closely with supply team for better schedule adherence
Getting periodic Price increase from customer
Ready to travel all over India


More than 4 years of experience in a similar role
Must have experience in Railway sub vertical sales or business development
Sales experience in Sensor or related products is highly preferable
Experience in handling Railway OEMs and Tier 1s in the same segments will be an added advantage
Experience working with RDSO is a Must


B.E in Mechanical/Electrical or a related field
MBA will be preferred
