Opening is a MNC Chemical Major involved in Silicones.
Retain existing business and grow sales in the region. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for selling Silicone Fluids and Emulsion for Chemical Industries in Eastern India. He / She will have to be based at Kolkata.
Develop and execute strategies to drive growth, retention and profitability of existing accounts and optimize market penetration.
Prepares and executes on action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity.
Preparation and performing on-site technical and commercial trainings.
Handle complaints as per company policy.
Provides timely and structural activity + market reports to the management.
Drill down on data on internal and outside sales databases to identify and prioritize prospects (and their decision makers)
Spend minimal 75% of all working hours by meeting customers and prospects.
Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate the execution of deals.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
B Tech/BSC in Chemistry or Polymer Science and MBA in Marketing(Preferable)
3 -- 5 Yrs experience & exposure in Sales & Marketing. Age - 27 -- 32 years.
Industry Preference Manufacturing, Chemicals, Polymers, Rubber Engineering, Paint, etc
Good understanding of Chemical Industry.Basic understanding of industry profile in Eastern India.
