Formulate , execute product development project, demonstrate through plant trials at customer locations
Extensive Ingredient, Application and food processing tech skill
Manage Projects independently and works on the bench
Independently formulate ingredients for developing products like Icecream, condensed milk, dairy and non-dairy creamer along with some with beverage products
Understanding of Analytical/sensory /Quality methodoly as relevant to flavor, stabilizer formulation and other ingredient selection for development of product and its stability in the shelf life
Thorough knowledge of business / marketing requirements, trends, technology and processes related to the category and ability to transfer into new innovative products.
Hands ON experience in operation of lab equipment's and Pilot Plants.
Strong customer communication, presentation + interface skills.
A team Player and ability to work in a matrix the sales team in terms of application and product knowledge
