- Conveys project changes and updates to appropriate team members.
- Holds regular status meeting with project team.
- Facilitates team and client meetings to review work.
- Build solution for process improvement within the assigned team.
- Apply hands-on skills to project planning.

- Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
- Making sure the quality standards are met.
- Have done some onshore projects.
