Excellent communication skills in English
Exposure to Operations management in a Telecom BPO
High degree of integrity
Hands on knowledge of manpower calculations and knowledge of roster preparation would be an added advantage
Willing to relocate to Siliguri
Willing to work under high pressure situation & excellent in delivering client KPIs.
Excellent team management skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in BPO industry, out of which at-least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead-Operations
