Roles & Responsibilities:
The Manager for Executive Education needs strong marketing abilities and build long term profitable relationship with HR Heads and CEOs of leading companies. The incumbent will drive the innovations in direct marketing, brand building and long term client relationship. The incumbent will be working with various HR Professionals and Managers cutting across sectors to promote, market, attract and execute high quality executive education programs.
Continuously interact with Faculties of Cornell University and other reputed International Universities to coordinate various aspects related to the program deliverables.
Prepare relevant templates required for mailers, add campaigns, e-faxes etc., for effective communication to attract target audience.
Responsible for preparation of various program related collaterals like broachers, catalogs, handbooks etc., for effective branding and promotion of the programs
Conduct extensive research to formulate and develop new programs.
Handle and resolve queries of participants/potential participants related to programs
Lead and guide the team:
In developing effective and relevant database,
Review database at frequent intervals
Ensure up gradation of the data base from time to time
The position will report to the Director in charge of capacity building initiatives within the organization.
The incumbent should be an MBA graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in service industry and should possess:
