Communicating with target audience and managing customer relationships
Ability to establish rapport and build relations with clients using communication modes such as emails, phones and personal meetings.
Undertake sales promotion initiatives for business partners
Identify requirements for marketing collaterals and promotional events
Co-ordinate with design and production teams (internal and agency) for the creation of market ready collaterals, artifacts, sales enablers, etc.
Assist in writing and proof-reading of the marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, e-newsletters and DVDs
Coordinate with the Vendors for supply of such marketing material in agreed time.
Planning and executing logistics suitable for effective distribution of marketing materials
Maintaining and updating customers / vendor database
Organizing / attending strategically important events / exhibitions as per the decision of company management
Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
Assisting in developing marketing plans and strategies
Understanding and Exposure to Digital marketing methodologies which includes but not limited to Online advertisements, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization requirements, development of e-material to boost digital reputation of the services offered etc.
Exposure to SEM, SMM, Online Advertising, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, etc.
Assisting in Vendor Management
Education Requirement : Graduate in any discipline with MBA / PGD in Marketing Management from a reputed institute / university. Additional certifications in specific marketing courses such as Digital Marketing etc. would be added advantage.
