Key job requirements:
Promotes Pumps to Different key account customers, Consultants Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders/Real Estate Developers. Region: West India.
Manage channel business through different distributors and dealing with them on frequent basis to increase companys market share and ensure business to grow multiple folds in coming immediate future.
Demonstrates products and services to above customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Achieve maximum Brand awareness by organising Installer meets, Customer meets, taking part in different trade shows cum Exhibitions, closely working with Distributors in order to provide them with Training and Technical support in the field. Region: West India.
Details of functions:
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with Distributors, Key account customers, Architects Consultants and Builder segment in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organizations products/services.
Carry out presentations to gain new Sales opportunities and once achieved, follow these through to tender stage and order placed (orders will be placed directly to our existing distributors in the territory).
Assist in building a robust pipeline of Distribution as well as project Sales and obtain/maintain the required information to provide accurate sales forecasts and performance data.
Communicate with group colleagues to share market intelligence and capitalise on opportunities from other business units.
Work closely with your Line manager in order to strategize and focus different segments in a planned manner to enhance the Business possibilities in the area.
Working transparently as a team member and Supplies management with oral and written reports on customers visits, needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Arrange for clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers within the suitable time frame.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Coordinates business development efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
Plans and organizes personal business development strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
Organize or participate trade counter days , trainings, installer meets and exhibitions etc.
Present new products to the distribution channel and Optimize breadth of range with distribution partners.
Monitor stock rotation and competitive products in the outlets and ensure merchandising is performed properly at sales counters.
Arrange to reply to technical questions from the field
Engineer graduate or MBA with marketing (major)
Experience in HVAC field is mandatory
Qualification MBA/BE Btech Engineering
