CA Qualified Candidate with 4-5 years of post qualification Experience required.(Mandate).
Experience in Finance and Accounts Domain.
Experience in Finacial and management Reporting.
Proficient in presenting a true & fair view on economic position of the organization by preparing Financial Reports to evaluate accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting & procedural standards.
Leading finance & accounting functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing
systems and framing policies & procedures to facilitate process control.
Acquired hands-on experience on finalization of Accounts as per IGAAP and other statutory requirements.
B/S & P/L line item analysis, preparation of Investor information and fact sheet
Getting internal and external audit done as per the statutory requirement and coordinating with auditors to get the financials audited
ands on experience on Service Tax, TDS and Preparing Income tax returns.
Preparing budgets/ plan on the basis of inputs from various stakeholders and delivering presentation before
senior management on budgeting and financial aspect of the division
Conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results.
Generating MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance viz. analysis of
Revenue, cost, profitability.
Preparing Forecasted Financials (B/S, P/L and Cash Flow)
Checking & assessing the value drivers /metrics of business and developing analytics around key
measurements to facilitate business decision-making
Assisting in decision making by creating business / financial modeling and conducting cost benefit analysis using IRR, NPV.
Driving various initiative for cost reduction through cost control and cost optimization.
Monitoring cash flow by taking adequate measures for optimum utilization of available funds.
Dealing with bankers for day to day routine transactions
Hands on experience in successfully implementing integrated work flow system through UAT.
Comfortable working in US Shifts.
Excellent communication skills required.
