Summary of Responsibilities
Daily communication with customers/ vendors via email & phone- Critical
Wing to Wing knowledge of AR process
Collecting and analyzing quantitative data
providing financial analysis to prioritize and lead cost reduction
Analyze trends and savings initiatives
Communicating results to business leaders with Finance, Accounting and Operations
Knowledge & Skills/ Business Acumen/ Education & Experience
Minimum requirements include Post-graduation or a Masters Degree Accounting/Finance or a related field
7-12 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivables : cash applications, Billing, B2B collections, dispute management, credit control etc. process
Strong ability to communicate internally and externally
Strong ability to take initiative and self-start when necessary
Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions
Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
Fluency in Microsoft Excel is a must
Should be at least a Post Graduate /Graduate with 7-12 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivables
should have a team handling experience more than 2 to 3 years.
