Job Description

Customer Service

Alert to customers/ overseas plants in case of any delays in pipeline inventory & organize emergency shipments.

Organizing weekly meeting with destination plants upraising current scenarios of Suppliers performance, Logistics Performance & Demand analysis.

Suppliers Delivery performance

Monitoring weekly customers/ plant orders V/s Suppliers delivery plan.

Check on suppliers capacity.

Review of suppliers delivery performance as per the due dates.

Drafting action plans to improve suppliers performance.

Suppliers documentations activities to followed up.

Risk Management (production planning)

Incase of any risk from supplier end, impacting the overseas plant productions- necessary to take count of risks by part reference wise & work closely with Customer & Supplier to organize emergency shipments.

Warehouse Management

To cross check system V/s physical stocks& ship to the destinations as per the due dates.

Coordinate with 3PL for shipment plan to ensure right qtys are shipped on time.

System Activity

Periodical check & resolve system issues if there are any anomalies found.

Co-ordinate with suppliers if the orders are transmitted without any risks.
