Job Description

Contract Management (Drafting Skills, Analytical Skills) -MUST
Litigation(Civil, criminal, legal metrology, FSSA)-MEDIOCRE
Should have exposure to law firms and then moved to corporate (FMCG/ Pharma/ Law firm-only apply)

Contract Management
Drafting & vetting business contracts such as Franchisee Agreements, Contract Manufacturing Agreements, C&F Agreements, Transporters Agreement, NDAs, Sales Promotion Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Procurement Agreements, etc.
Standardizing templates for business activities.
Maintaining database of Contracts and ensure that the Contracts are renewed in time and retrieval of contracts is easy
Managing Contact Management on Companys Contract Management Portal
Litigation Management
Handling and attending all kinds of litigations like Civil, Criminal, FSSA, Sec. 138 of N. I. Act, Legal Metrology, consumer forum cases, Arbitration, etc.
Drafting & vetting claim petitions, written statements, statement of claims, rejoinders legal notices, etc. w.r.t. Civil, Criminal, FSSA, Sec. 138 of N. I. Act, Legal Metrology, consumer forum cases, Arbitration, etc. matters
Liaisoning with External Counsel to ensure that the legal proceedings are timely attended
Preparing briefs for External Counsel
Managing bill payments of External Counsel
Others
Drafting & vetting representations to Govt., Semi-Govt., ect. Authorities
Liaisoning with various Govt. departments i.e. FSSA, Legal Metrology, State Ministry of Industry, Electricity Board for various licensing and other matters
Keeping track of various amendments in applicable regulations, identifying its implications on business of the Company and keeping Management updated about same.
