Job Description

Candidate having 3+ years of strong Experience in HRIS, Candidate Should have worked a large organization

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience. Masters degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science or related degree preferred..

Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resource or Personnel Administration in a Multi-National corporation.

Knowledge of organizational development, change management and quality principles

Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrolment rules, and benefit procedures in order to ensure correct implementation.

Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools.

Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with an HRMS such as PeopleSoft, Oracle or SAP.

Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

Role Purpose

Analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities, builds project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Key Activities

Provide support for HRMS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws by performing scheduled activities and to recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.

Maintain HRMS system tables and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools by documenting the process and results.

Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies.

Utilize interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to accomplish project goals. Train clients and new system users on new processes and functionality and collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.

Assist the management in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS system upgrades or patches and apply change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality.

Participate in user group meetings/conferences to examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques through classes, reading, CBTs or other mechanisms and continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge.

Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy which must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.

Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities. Compare data from different sources to draw conclusions. Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develop appropriate solutions.

Understand the effective usage of qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs and help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.

Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation and build project plans and ensure adherence to schedule and other specifications.
