Roles and responsibilities:
A) Recruitment & Selection:
Understanding the manpower requirement for PAN India Field staff of speciality segments as well as Product Management Team (11 divisions).
Analysis of the existing vacancies Zone wise, HQ wise and Division wise.
Coordinating with the Business Heads/Sales Heads and recruitment consultants for filling up the positions within a stipulated period of time.
Screening candidates profiles for interviews, based on skill set mapping.
Scheduling candidates for personal interviews.
Conducting initial round of interviews.
Post-selection, carrying out salary negotiations, verification of academic certificates of selected candidates and issuing offer letter.
Following up with the candidates till he/she is on board.
B) Walk In Interviews:
Conducted walk in interviews for field staff at Mumbai, Surat, Baroda, Ahmedabad, Pune, Nagpur, and Raipur.
Conducting interviews and finalizing the candidates in consultation with the Business Head/Sales Head.
Analyzing the existing vacancy division wise in each Zone and HQ.
Preparing text matter for ads to be released in the news paper.
C) Field Training & Induction:
Preparing training presentations
Training the field staff (Batch of 30).
Taking sessions on Corporate HR and HR Practices in the organization.
Addressing the issues faced by field staff.
Getting Training Feedback Forms filled & preparing report.
D) Vendor Management:
Directly coordinating with the consultants for filling the field staff requirement PAN India as well as for PMT requirements.
Checking duplicacy of profiles.
Maintaining bill records.
Processing of the bills on due date.
Coordinating with accounts department to issue cheques Form 16 to the vendors.
E) Annual Increment:
Checking Human Resource Information System.
Checking Of Annual Increment Letters of field staff.
F) HR Initiatives:
HR Connect: Speaking with the newly joined field staff in the last three months regarding their experience with the company & addressing the issues faced by them.
Referral Award: Managing the entire process of the Referral Award Scheme initiated by the organization. Starting from drafting the circular, receiving the profiles, maintaining database, checking employees eligible for the award, issuing cheque and maintain monthly report of the same.
G) Adhoc activities:
Generating various employee reports from HRIS as per requirement.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive database.
Maintaining daily, weekly, quarterly and monthly reports of offer letters & referral award.
