Reporting to Section Head (HR)
Objective / Purpose of the job:
Immediate role involves assisting and providing support to the section Head in handling all HR activities including HR operations activity.
Key Activities / Account-abilities:
Recruitment Cycle Management (Sourcing till on-boarding of 'M' level all activities)
PMS system and process (including probation & Trainee appraisal).
GET/DET/MT evaluation and absorption process.
Leave & Attendance Management:
Updation of leaves.
Maintenance of leave balance and records.
Filing of ASI returns.
Complete exit process
Database & Record Management:
Management and updation of Personnel files.
Updating the information on system.
Database updation for any change or modification.
MIS preparation & circulation
Inputs to payroll & management.
Payroll related compliance including PF & Gratuity.
Exgratia, PLI,AGM cash rewards etc.
General employee related correspondence
Apprentice enrolment and employee related reports & returns.
Any other job assigned from time to time.
Essential Educational, Experience Qualification & age:
Full time Graduates with 2 years full time MBA (HR)/ PGDBM (HR)/ MHRD/MLS from a reputed management institute. Should have 2 - 5 years experience in HR.
Candidate should have aptitude to be a hardcore HR Professional for being a change catalyst in a fast growing, young and learning organization.
Should be ready to work in any area in HR & Admin.
Should have strong people orientation with dedication & commitment to strengthen and promote HR function in a young and growing organization.
Should posses relevant experience in an established customer focused HR environment, preferably in a utility/service based Organization.
Age : Max 32 years
Preferred Knowledge, competencies and skills:
Proficient in Human Resource
Computer skill essential
Should have working knowledge of Marathi
Presentation skill - basic knowledge
Team working aptitude
Exposure to SAP will be an added advantage.
