Ensure employee connect through various employee engagement activities like special day celebrations, online campaigns etc.
Drive organization level initiatives to boost up the employee morale and motivational levels.
Project manage campaigns & communications to support key business initiatives, working to ensure that all activities are targeted to key audiences and leveraged across multiple channels where appropriate.
Work independently and with different stake holders on need basis
Provide creative input to existing projects for improvement and simultaneously design new initiatives.
Content creation combined with effective presentation and communication style
Select appropriate vendors for events, appropriate venues for events and identify appropriate target audience for all processes
Organize offsite for different teams, which would include identifying the venue, closing the deal as per defined budgets and travel along with the team for implementation of the same
Skills and expertise:
The candidate should have 5 - 6 years of experience in HR, handling the Talent Engagement portfolio in an organization that focuses on keeping the internal employees engaged and connected to the organization
Strong time management skills and remain flexible in order to accommodate multiple projects simultaneously, with tight deadlines
Ability to collaborate with required stakeholders internally and externally
Commitment to excellence and accuracy, with an ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Good analytical and organizational skills, as well as demonstrated detailed problem solving skills.
Ability to exercise judgment, take initiative and work with various levels of employees and employees from different background.
Should be open to travel, if required.
Basic Graphic Design experience, an added bonus.
