Job Description


To manage a Team in the HR Shared Services Function for offshore HR Tasks from Company's APAC Locations. Will be required to be a team player and should have strong communication skills and experience in handling offshored tasks in HR relating to recruitment, learning and development, Compensation management etc. The candidate should have good hands on experience in MS Office and preferably on HR Tools such as PeopleSoft.

Job Purpose :

To ensure that the migrated tasks from APAC locations are managed efficiently. The client expectations are managed and Accuracy /Timelines for deliveries are adhered to

Employee Database Management
Administration of Hires, Terminations, Transfer and Changes
Liaise with donor location / other stake holders on a regular basis
Pre-employment checks
Generation of Employment Certificates
Administration of Leaves and related policies
Prepare MIS Reports on HR / activities
Administration of Learning and Development activities
Handle Employee Queries
Process Vendor Payments
Perform Data Checks on HR records
Administer the discounted share purchase plan
