Job Description

Your responsibilities

Develop and conduct analyses, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits programmes aligned with the organization's reward strategy.
Administer the company's compensation and benefit in accordance with established policies.
Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets.
Responsible primarily for compensation analysis task/project.
Collect data about company's C&B policies and analyze them to prepare reports and advise managers for making important decisions.

Your expertise

Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of related working experience or
Master 's degree with 2 years of related working experience.
Requires a full working knowledge of business practices and procedures in a professional field.
Applies theories, principles and concepts, and determines and executes a course of action.
