Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide Human Resources support for the India operations including the following responsibilities:

> Provide HR Support to all the 33 locations where TA Operations/Customer Services has presence with respect to Recruitment, Employee Relations and Consulting
> Provide Recruitment support to different departments based on the manpower plan across locations short listing consultants, entering into an agreement, short listing candidates, coordinating with business, rolling out the offers, etc.
> Completing the recruitment cycle HR interview, reference checks, fixing up appropriate salary in consultation with HR Head/Business Head, joining formalities, orientation, etc.
> Performance Appraisal Getting familiar with FT corporate performance management program, helping/educating departmental heads in filling up the IPP form for their team members and coordinating with different departmental heads during the year-end process
> Benefits Administration Effectively implementing the benefits programs enrolling the employees under different benefits viz. Mediclaim, Life Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Annual Health Check-Up, Maintenance of leave cards, etc.
> Employee Relations Providing support to the departments on human resources planning, career development, employee counseling, handling grievances, drafting/developing Employee Handbook, attitude surveys, exit interviews, etc.
> Understand and leverage internal HR tools/systems.
> Employee Services and Activities conducting Employee get-togethers, developing suggestion programs, recreational and social programs, award programs, etc.
> Preparing monthly MIS Reports HR Dashboards, Monthly Business Reports, etc.,

Being a Relationship Manager for few of the assigned departments and provide a full gamut of Human Resources services.

15% - Employee Engagement Activities

III. Requirements


Masters or Post Graduate degree in Human Resources
Experience in Services Industry as Human Resources Generalist for minimum 4-5 years

Looking for very smart female candidates who are MBA in HR with 3+ years of experience preferably in BFSI/Service Industry.
