You use simple and complex features of MS-Office for everything possible right from task status to budget to data analysis
You have strong contacts in the industry to help you benchmark whenever considering a new initiative
You can write editorials in the newsletter
You are well versed with latest compliance guidelines
You have experience in managing files, conducting background verification checks and maintaining employee data
You make effective presentations on behalf of department and organization.

You are MBA (or equivalent) in HR
You love all aspects of HR and engaging with people and have been doing so since 5-6 years
