Your client responsibilities:
Demonstrate a good level of technical knowledge and judgment and have the ability to develop well-reasoned and researched arguments on client issues.
Demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to the problem solving technique. The same can be utilized for research on delivery of solutions.
Demonstrate expertise in primary accounting framework (US GAAP, Other Domestic or IFRS) and in related financial reporting matters
Demonstrate expertise in using organisation's clients Global Audit Methodology to perform an assurance engagement in compliance with auditing standards
Identify areas requiring improvement in the clients business processes and recommend possible solutions. Prepare and deliver management Letter to be provided to the client
Your people responsibilities - as an Assistant Manager, you will:
Motivate and inspire confidence in junior colleagues
Be competent in discharging supervisory responsibilities and effective delegation
Acts as a communication channel and help resolve people related issues
Maintains composure and exercises control in pressure situations
Proactively provides guidance on development of interpersonal and soft skills to improve competence of team members and counselees
3 -6 years of post qualification experience
Expertise in auditing and accounting standards, methodologies, statutory audits, Indian GAAP and exposure
Should be able to managing independent relationships with clients and focus on business development, planning & managing assignments and managing teams.
Previous Big 4 experience would be preferable.
