Job Description

Responsibilities include:

Working closely with Business leads of various business units and deep dive into the day to day operational work across various groups and ensure all regular, ad-hoc processes/reports are delivered
Handle immediate escalations and effectively manage upwards
Assist in the financial reporting for all the above clusters
Working in PeopleSoft to perform tasks like Miscellaneous billing, updating BOSS sales assignments, review and approve invoices, identify expense reclassifications, etc.
Providing operating account detail reports during Close
Create Management Reporting and Performing Analysis
Ability to interpret data and derive business models
Providing ad hoc reports.
Liaison between clients and company for business details;
Maintain healthy relationship with existing clients

3+ supervisory experience with strong strategic thinking/problem solving skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
