Reporting (Management Information System)
Set up processes for Standard &Adhoc reports.
Expert level understanding of specific nuances related to SL solutions/offerings, SSL structure, people structure. Expertise on the time sheet & code block structure.
Clear understanding of the standard reporting/MIS terminologies & methods such as Utilization, quality score, attrition/retention, goal metrics & budget planning.
Identify opportunities and build solutions for process improvements within the assigned team to cater to user needs.
Anticipate future requirements for MIS support based on events/review meetings planned and work with users pro-actively to provide necessary data points.
Proactively recommend ways to improve MIS/reporting process. Focus on going beyond assigned work tasks to produce ideas and actions that can improve overall work quality.
Establish process to track capture teams output with accuracy & timeliness inputs for monitoring quality of delivery.
Build effective working relationships with area finance/MIS teams & other MIS functions within GSS to share best practices and to benefit from their experiences in handling specific issues/instances.
Monitor quality levels of the teams output on a regular basis and set standards to be met. Evaluate progress and provide necessary support & guidance for the team/individuals to comply to quality standards.
Foster a good working environment within the assigned team
Develop, mentor and supervise the assigned team
Planning and conducting team meetings that foster open participation focusing on specific outcomes
Responsible for tracking and reviewing performance of the teams deliverables & progress on initiatives for the assigned team.
Mentor team members and build competency to manage Sub-Service Line needs and delivery
