Identifying, qualifying and pursuing business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
(B) New Market Development
Identifying new market segments and tapping profitable business opportunities in B2B & B2C segment.
Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve product wise targets.
(C) Key Account Management
Interfacing with Individuals / Customers for ascertaining requirements, making presentations and delivering need based product solutions.
Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client/customer satisfaction levels.
Maintaining excellent relations with clients/customers to generate avenues for further business.
Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies and playing a major role in business planning & forecasting.
Developing and implementing Marketing Plans with focus on planning for product launch in coordination with the production team; overseeing other Promotional activities.
Implementing pre and post marketing activities for successful launch of new products.
Organizing sales promotional activities such as SMS/Mailer campaigns, & customer loyalty programmes as part of brand building to expand market reach.
Ensuring effective Merchandising and Display to enhance product visibility and drive volumes.
(E) Strategic Planning / Product Development
Establish corporate goals based on short/ long-term budgets and developing business plans for the achievement of the same.
Actively involved in business planning & market analysis to assess revenue potential in business opportunities.
(F) Profit Centre Operations
Accountability for revenue generation & client base of the profit centre.
Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competition movement to achieve optimum market share metrics.
Utilize public information and up gradation of key personal networks to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads & driving volumes. Salary -- 3.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA + Incentive+ Bonus + Allowance
